Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with INPRINT STUDIO SDN. BHD. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We take pride in delivering high-quality custom-printed products to our customers. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully as it outlines your rights and responsibilities when placing orders with us.


1. Customised Products – No Refunds or Returns

All products sold on https://inprintstudio.com are made-to-order and customized according to the specifications provided by the customer. Therefore, all confirmed orders are final and non-refundable once payment is made and production has commenced.

We do not accept returns or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect order details submitted by the customer (e.g., quantity, size, material, or artwork errors)

We strongly advise customers to review all designs, proofs, and order details carefully before confirming an order.


2. Production Errors and Defective Products

If you receive products that are:

  • Damaged during production or delivery

  • Printed with errors that differ from the approved artwork or specifications you provided

You must notify us within 3 working days of receiving your order.

To submit a claim, please contact [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the affected item(s)

  • A copy of the final approved artwork or proof (if applicable)

Upon verification, we may offer one of the following remedies, at our sole discretion:

  • A reprint of the affected item(s)

  • A partial or full refund

  • A credit note for future purchases


3. Customer Responsibilities

We are not responsible for errors arising from:

  • Spelling, grammar, punctuation, design, or layout errors that were approved by the customer during the proofing process

  • Colour differences due to variations between screen displays and physical print output within standard industry tolerances

  • Low-resolution images, improper file setup, or incorrect design specifications provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect order details submitted by the customer

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review all artwork, specifications, and order details before confirming the order.


4. Shipping and Delivery Issues

While we strive to meet delivery deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies, third-party logistics providers, or postal services

  • Weather conditions, customs clearance delays, or other events beyond our control

We do not offer refunds for delays caused by courier or shipping issues. However, we will assist in tracking and coordinating with delivery services to the best of our ability.


5. Governing Law

This Return and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.


6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with the updated effective date.
