Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the website https://inprintstudio.com (the “Site”) operated by INPRINT STUDIO SDN. BHD. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our Site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not access or use our Site or services.
1. Scope of Services
INPRINT STUDIO SDN. BHD. provides online printing services, including but not limited to business cards, flyers, banners, packaging, stickers, and other printed products as listed on our website. All products are made-to-order and customized based on customer-provided specifications.
2. Eligibility
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using this Site, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
3. Product Customization and Approval
a. All print products are produced based on artwork and specifications provided by the customer.
b. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, content, and designs submitted are accurate, correctly sized, and free from errors.
c. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect submissions, including but not limited to typographical errors, low-resolution images, colour variations, or improper sizing.
4. Orders and Payment
a. Full payment is required before production begins.
b. Payment methods are listed on the checkout page. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
c. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded due to the customized nature of our products.
5. Turnaround Time and Delivery
a. Estimated production and delivery times are stated on the product pages and are for reference only. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, technical issues, courier disruptions, or public holidays.
b. We engage third-party couriers for deliveries. While we assist in resolving delivery issues, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage incurred during transit.
6. Refunds, Returns, and Reprints
a. Due to the customized nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided after production begins.
b. If the product received is defective or does not match the approved specifications, you must notify us within 3 working days of receiving the item by emailing [email protected].

d. If the claim is validated, we may, at our discretion, offer a reprint at no additional cost. Return of the defective product may be required.
e. We do not cover issues related to courier mishandling (damaged or lost items during transit) but will assist with filing claims with the courier where possible.
7. Intellectual Property
a. You retain ownership of any content, designs, or files submitted for your orders.
b. By uploading materials to our Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and modify such content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
c. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any materials provided do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. We are not liable for any such infringements.
8. Limitation of Liability
a. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or data arising from the use of our services.
b. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
9. Privacy
Use of our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy (if published). By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as outlined therein.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
